Delivery

Once we process your order, we aim to despatch (subject to availability) within 3 working days.
(We are working to reduce this to 1 day and hope to achieve this soon!)

Orders are processed on weekdays at 4pm.
(Orders placed at the weekend or after 4pm will be processed the following working day.)

Delivery times vary depending on the method used, we currently limit online ordering and delivery to UK addresses.
(If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us.)

Costs

Postage is normally between £7.95 and £12.50. To speed-up the processing of smaller orders we automatically add shipping, however, if the final shipping charge for your order is more we will confirm and contact you before shipping to obtain payment (you may cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped if you are unhappy with the final P&P charge.)

Because of the range of products for sale, weights and sizes etc., it is not currently possible to quote exact delivery costs in the cart.

Remember, you can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped (and indeed if unused and undamaged, within 7 days of receiving your goods) and receive a full refund. See terms for full detail.
