5.7 litre Chevy V8! Here are some extracts from Dick's email: "Even with rear anti roll and very stiff Konis cornering is not a strong point. However, lots of fun sliding round. We are still on 14inch Wolfrace and have thought about several options of width and diameter to get more tyre choice. No decisions as yet but I feel something too sticky could spoil the fun and also probably with the torque available half shafts may be next to go ... 2.88 Jag Powr Lok LSD fits fine with a couple of spacers. This makes a big difference under power and also to motorway work.

"Overheating has been a bit of a challenge but has now been beaten--two sucker fans, one blower,fully ducted inlet with hole where the number plate was,electric water pump,very big rad and jacked up bonnet. SMC has crane cams, RPM inlet, 4 barrel holley,Mallory distributor, lumenition ignition,rams horn exhausts and air con. Borg Warner T5 and Jag Powerlok axle. Spax, poly bushes, power steering and Wilwood 4 pots Interior is leather."
