3.5 Rover V8 1980 Reliant Scimitar GTC
This is a one previous owner GTC and the power plant that was fitted was the reason I bought the car.
The engine was fitted by Robin Rew in the mid 80's but was set up and tuned by a guy who sets up American big bore engines for Santa Pod raceway.
It has a fast road cam, pre loaded lifters, Holley carb with a Milodon Air system.
Once I have sorted it out I am going to get it on a rolling road and get full figures for it.
The car also has an uprated rear axle-exact make not yet verified and 2 1/2 inch straight through exhausts. It sounds just superb.
