Reliant Scimitar GTE 1974
Bought in 1990 after having been used as a plumbers van. Hit the road in '94 and used until 2008 when I decided to take the V8 route. O'hauled eng. was fitted with auto 'box in order to make town driving easier. Manifolds and single silencer exhausts were built locally and the interior was fitted with Jag xjs seats to complete the comfort and power combination. Now a pleasure to drive and gets used far more than it did previously.
