Toyota HiLux, 3.5 Rover V8
You may have seen this HiLux on ebay once or twice over the years, the latest owner has carried out a full body resto but back in about 2002 here's what I did...
The 2.2L petrol 4-banger was chucked in favour of a 3.5 Rover V8 developing about 170-180bhp, some repair work was carried out to the rear bed and the stickers were removed.
A lift kit and big wheels completed the look, my truck is sorely missed!
